No. The plugin runs during off-peak cron windows and includes configurable delays between requests (default 1500ms). It also respects your server load by pausing automatically when the LiteSpeed crawler is active.
You can set a "Max URLs per run" limit. The plugin uses a cursor — each run picks up where the last one left off, so over multiple runs every page gets warmed without hammering your server in one go.
Yes. You can exclude cart, checkout, and account URLs using the "Skip if URL contains" setting, so only cacheable public pages are warmed.
