No. This chatbot is entirely rule-based — you define the conversation tree and the plugin follows it exactly. There are no API keys, no monthly fees, and no data sent to third-party AI services.
No. The widget script is loaded asynchronously and the conversation nodes are lazy-loaded via a lightweight REST API endpoint only when the user first opens the chat. The impact on page load time is negligible.
The current free version uses one global conversation tree. Page-specific chatbots and conditional display rules are planned for the pro version.
